Lawrence S. Dolin
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Lawrence S. Dolin is a Noteworthy co-founder.  He has been involved in founding, investing in and managing several public and private companies, and has served on their boards.  Industries represented include software, health care (ambulatory surgery centers and out-patient facilities), entertainment facilities, and the Internet.

He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, is on its Visiting Committee, and lectures on entrepreneurship at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Jeff Adler
Vice Chairman and Director of Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc.

From October 1, 1999 to March 31, 2003, Mr. Adler was President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc. (SVO). He was President and co-Chief Executive Officer of SVO and its predecessor, Vistana, Inc., for 20 years.

Mr. Adler received his MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio State University.  Mr. Adler is a Trustee of the Orlando Museum of Art and a Board of Director of the Community Foundation of Central Florida.
Jeffery C. Garvey
Founder, Austin Ventures; Founding Chairman, The Lance Armstrong Foundation

Austin Ventures is the largest venture capital firm in the Southwest with over $1.6 billion under management and the third largest early-stage venture capital firm in the United States.  Mr. Garvey's primary investment interests have been in communications-related industries and other industries undergoing a significant level of consolidation.  He also has substantial company-building experience in manufacturing, distribution and health-care services.  Currently, Mr. Garvey is a director of Classic Communications (Nasdaq: CLSC) and PanAm Wireless Services and an advisory director of Kirtland Capital Partners and Prime New Ventures.
Joseph T. Gorman
Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TRW Inc.

From December 1988 through January 2001 he served as chairman and chief executive officer.  He had been president and chief operating officer since 1985.  Mr. Gorman holds a bachelor's degree from Kent State University and a doctoral degree from Yale Law School.  Mr. Gorman is a current director of Alcoa Inc., The Procter & Gamble Company, National City Corporation, and Imperial Chemical Industries plc. In addition he is a trustee of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and serves as Chairman of the Corporate Advisory Group for Glengary Ventures LLC.

Bahman Guyuron, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Chief, Division of Plastic Surgery, University Hospitals of Cleveland

A highly esteemed plastic surgeon, Dr. Guyuron is a Clinical Professor of Surgery (Plastic) at Case Western Reserve University and the Medical Director of Zeeba Ambulatory Surgery Center. He completed a residency in general surgery at Boston University in 1978 and a residency in plastic surgery at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1980. Dr. Guyuron is also certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  From 1986 to 1993, he was Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the former Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio. From 1981 to 1983 he served as Director, Section of Craniofacial Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Guyuron has served as the president of the Northeast Ohio Society for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Ohio Valley Society for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, The Rhinoplasty Society, and American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a Trustee of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, Plastic Surgery Education Foundation, Plastic Surgery Endowment Fund, and the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He also serves on the board of several civil and public companies. Dr. Guyuron has published over 150 papers in peer-reviewed journals, over 30 book chapters, 2 books and has received numerous awards and honors. His entrepreneurial activities include inventions of multiple medical and non-medical devices.

Robert Hisrich, Ph.D.
The Garvin Professor of Global Entrepreneurship and Director, Center for Global Entrepreneurship at Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management in Arizona

Dr. Hisrich was a professor at M.I.T.'s Sloan School of Management for ten years.  He set up an entrepreneurship program at The University of Tulsa.  In addition, he serves on several private and public companies and foundations, and has written a definitive textbook on entrepreneurship.
Floyd D. Loop
Former CEO of the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation and coronary artery surgery pioneer

Known in the medical field for the technical improvements in coronary artery surgery that he and his colleagues developed at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Loop is also recognized as a very successful healthcare CEO.  Under Dr. Loop's management, the Cleveland Clinic's revenues grew from $700 million to $3.6 billion, earning it consistent recognition as one of the best managed medical centers and top hospitals in the United States.
Terrence R. Ozan
Retired CEO of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young

Mr. Ozan recently retired as CEO of North American Operations and Managing Director of Worldwide Consulting Services for Cap Gemini Ernst and Young.  Prior to that he served as CEO of Worldwide Consulting Services for Ernst and Young.  He is currently on the Board of Directors of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young and State Industrial Products.
Paul L. Ruflin
President and Chief Operating Officer

Paul Ruflin's 25-plus years of healthcare experience in both the healthcare software and services business make him an ideal candidate to lead Noteworthy during its next phase of development and growth. Paul joined Noteworthy from Deloitte Consulting LLP in New York, where he served as a senior partner in the Healthcare Practice.

Paul was the CEO of Eclipsys Corp, a publicly traded major healthcare software company, during the time it brought its next generation healthcare software solutions to market. Just prior, Paul was COO of the North American operations for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Prior to his role as COO, Paul was the national director of the health managed care practice for Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young. He held a variety of leadership positions at Ernst & Young in the healthcare practice prior to leading the practice.

In addition to taking part in the Executive Program of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Paul received his MBA from Bowling Green State University. Paul is a veteran healthcare executive whose experience with healthcare technology and operations will be of great benefit to Noteworthy customers.
Michael Sherwin
Vice Chairman, Mid-West Forge Corporation

Mr. Sherwin holds his MBA degree in Finance from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to having contributed time to numerous public and private company boards over the years, he serves on the board of the Lance Armstrong Foundation and is chairman of the Lance Armstrong Foundation Endowment. Mr. Sherwin has a great deal of experience in the venture capital and investment business, including past service on the Executive Committees of Kirtland Capital Limited Partnership and Linsalata Capital Partners, and on the Advisory Board of Austin Ventures. Mr. Sherwin also began National City Corporation's private equity capital business.
