Noteworthy’s web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) software solutions serve single providers, multi-specialty practices and/or a large community of independent providers and practices. The overall NetPractice family of products go beyond the typical functionality of an EHR and PM, allowing hospitals and health systems to create “hospital-centric” networks to share data among physicians. Our applications support care in the clinic and doctors' offices, but also facilitate care within a community of providers by allowing provider-to-provider communications, referrals, consults, sharing of data and viewing patient medical data across the community.
