Noteworthy Medical Systems, Inc. Names Paul L. Ruflin as New President and Chief Operating Officer

Cleveland, OH – October 15, 2007 – Noteworthy Medical Systems, Inc., originator of the three-screen ambulatory electronic health record (EHR), announced today that Paul L. Ruflin has joined the company, assuming the responsibilities of president and chief operating officer. Ruflin, who led Eclipsys Corporation (ECLP) during the time it brought its next generation healthcare software solutions to market, will develop Noteworthy's go-to-market strategies to position the company for its next stages of growth.

"We look forward to leveraging Paul's 26 years of healthcare experience and expertise in improving the performance of healthcare organizations," said Lawrence Dolin, chairman of the board and Noteworthy's chief executive officer. "In recent months we have doubled our client base while maintaining our perfect record of implementations and customer satisfaction levels. Paul will be the perfect leader during this period to help Noteworthy capitalize on market share and expand our reach. His impressive track record in both the software and services business will prove invaluable to Noteworthy's evolution and to our customers."

Ruflin comes to Noteworthy from Deloitte Consulting LLP in New York, where he served as a senior partner in the Healthcare Practice. Prior to Eclipsys, Ruflin was COO of the North American operations for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Prior to Cap Gemini, Paul was the national director of the health managed care practice for Ernst & Young.

Ruflin's addition to the executive team continues plans by Dolin and the board of directors to intensify the company's leadership in efforts to better capitalize on strategic opportunities. Ruflin's appointment underscores Noteworthy's commitment to growth and expansion, and will help the company take its vision to the next level. "Paul adds a quality to Noteworthy that I have sought from our beginnings in the incubator. I am pleased that our progress has so clearly attracted him to play a role in this next stage," said Dolin. "His commitment to Noteworthy is a testament to the inherent quality of our product and services."
