Noteworthy Medical Systems Acquires MARS Medical Systems
CLEVELAND, OH (Aug. 5, 2008)—Noteworthy Medical Systems, originator of the market's only three-screen ambulatory electronic health record (EHR), announced it has acquired strategic partner MARS Medical Systems, a leading provider of practice management solutions to physician groups. Noteworthy serves a combined customer base of more than 1,000 practices, 4,600 healthcare providers and 8,300 users across 43 states. Noteworthy has offices in Cleveland, Ohio; Phoenix, Arizona; and Pocatello, Idaho.
